Pode ser utilizado quando a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 suficiente ou mesmo para ajudar na praticidade do dia a dia.<\/p>\n<p>Os suplementos alimentares podem ser divididos entre: repositores energ\u00e9ticos, repositores hidreletrol\u00edticos, suplementos proteicos e suplementos hipercal\u00f3ricos.<!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Repositores Energ\u00e9ticos:<\/h2>\n<p>Apresentam no <strong>m\u00ednimo<\/strong> 75% de carboidratos em sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o, mas o normal \u00e9 de 90%. Podem ser apenas uma fonte de carboidratos como maltodextrina, dextrose ou um blend de carboidratos, que \u00e9 a jun\u00e7\u00e3o de mais de uma fonte de carboidratos, entre os simples e complexos.<\/p>\n<p>Os repositores energ\u00e9ticos tamb\u00e9m podem ter adi\u00e7\u00e3o de algumas vitaminas e minerais.
